For All the Children

You may never see the faces of the children you have harmed.

You probably will never know how much we are alarmed.

These precious little bodies didn’t ask to be this sick.

And to so many of these faces you’ve dealt a forceful kick.

Why are you still using latex in products we all need?

Is it because it is so cheap to use? 

Is this only because of greed?

Let us work at this together

to erase this allergy.

For now that is the only "cure" these beautiful kids have got.

Everyone is working hard to right this dreadful wrong.

These children want to really know "what is taking you so long?

We want to ban all latex, you say there is a need.

 At least delete the proteins that will help us all, indeed.

For many with latex allergy it is much to late to cure.

But fight for those who are not sick that’s what we’ll do, for sure.
